The one-time deployment fee (Starter, Pro, or Elite tier) covers system configuration, integration, and setup of your dedicated AI voice agent infrastructure. Once deployment work has begun, this fee is non-refundable. This reflects the immediate allocation of engineering time, third-party licensing (voice synthesis, telephony, and automation infrastructure), and configuration work performed specifically for your account.
The recurring monthly fee covers ongoing system operation, call handling, and maintenance. You may cancel future monthly billing at any time by contacting us before your next billing date. Amounts already charged for the current billing cycle are non-refundable, as system access and call handling for that period have already been provided.
If a technical failure on our end prevents your system from functioning as agreed and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us directly to discuss any such situation.
